KBC Selection Procedure:

Level 1:

• Through the Sony Live App, participants can apply for KBC.
• Participants can apply through SMS.
• The participant may also apply over the phone using an IVR system.

Level 2:

• The software’s randomizer will pick a total of submissions received throughout the First Round Period (Level 1), including all valid right entries.
• While the randomizer programme will take into account numerous entries (double entries) from the same landline or mobile number, once a landline or mobile telephone number is picked, it will not be chosen again during any of the rounds.
• The randomizer software will select the Valid Entries from the Valid Entries received for each day on a daily basis.
• The pre-defined reservation criteria will be applied on a reasonable efforts basis when the randomizer programme shortlists Valid Entries, and they are as follows:

Level 3:

• All chosen applications will be examined and shortlisted by the randomizer based on pre-established reservation criteria after completing Levels 1 and 2.
• Selected applicants for the First Round Period will attend the audition venue as Auditionees.
• If there are fewer Registrants than necessary for the audition event, the randomizer may choose the Registrants with fewer accurate answers than necessary.
• If there is a tie during the audition, the correct submission will be chosen based on the response to the “nearest to” questions.
• Before continuing, the CCE will contact the shortlisted applicants for auditions by phone to confirm their information (age and residence).
• Only one more opportunity will be given to such selected applicants if the details they provided on this call do not match the details they previously provided, after which the call will be cut off.
• The CCE will let the applicants know the day and location of the audition as well as confirm their availability for both the audition and the photo session.
• If a candidate for the audition is unable to make specified dates, they will not be allowed to proceed with the registration procedure.

Level 4:

• The dates and times for registering Auditionees will be communicated, and they cannot be altered under any circumstances.
• Report to the location of the audition on the day and time assigned to the corresponding auditionees, along with the necessary paperwork and identification (both in original form and an attested photocopy).
• Late applicants risk being excluded from the audition procedure.
• Each applicant for an audition will receive a special registration number, which must be brought with you.
• To take part in the Auditions, the Auditionees must sign the registration form, the release form, and any further paperwork requested by the Company.
• The business/Producer has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject registration or eligibility.
• Tests in writing and on video.
